RaveMode.tv is operated by Hammer Forge Apps LLC. RAVE//MODE is a platform and set of tools. Streamers choose and perform their own content; the platform does not select, curate, or promote specific musical works. We respond to every valid notice from rights holders, and we terminate repeat infringers.
Send a written notice to the designated agent above that includes:
Valid notices are actioned promptly: the identified material is removed or access is disabled, and the affected account is notified.
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same contact detail, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you in good faith believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, if outside the US, whatever court would have jurisdiction over the rights holder). Counter-notices are forwarded to the original complainant.
We track copyright strikes per account. The policy is mechanical and applies to everyone:
Strikes are counted against validated notices only; notices rejected after a successful counter-notice do not count.
When you create a channel you warrant that you hold the performance rights to the content you stream (see Terms §3). Playing released music in a live stream generally requires licenses from both the composition rights holders (songwriters/publishers) and the recording rights holders (labels) — a venue's live-music license does not carry over to the internet. If you are unsure whether you hold the rights to a track, don't stream it.
