Refund & Cancellation Policy

RaveMode.tv is operated by Hammer Forge Apps LLC ("RAVE//MODE", "we", "us"). Everything we sell is a digital service delivered over the internet, so this policy is short and plain. There is nothing physical to send back.

1. Subscriptions (VIP Pass & premium DJ subs)

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: the VIP Pass is $10/month, premium DJ subs are $5/month ($4.50 for Pass members). Your payment method is charged each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime, yourself. Open the billing portal (from /pass or your account page) and cancel in two clicks. No email, no phone tree, no retention offer.
• Cancellation stops future charges immediately and your perks keep working until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't partial-refund the current month, because you keep the whole month.
• Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

2. Rave credits (stream FX)

• Credits are a final-sale digital purchase. Once a pack is bought, it can't be refunded or transferred.
• Spent credits are gone when the effect fires. A credit pays for a one-use stream animation; the purchase is complete the moment it plays, the way a song is consumed when it's played.
• Unspent credits have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, traded, or converted to money (see Terms §3).

3. Tips

Tips are voluntary support payments from you to a DJ. They are final when sent; the money moves to the DJ (minus card processing, which we don't touch), so we can't pull it back any more than you could un-tip a busker.

4. When the law says otherwise

Nothing here overrides rights you have under your local consumer law. Where a refund is required by law, we honor it, in whatever form the law requires. If something went wrong with a charge, tell us before filing a card dispute: it's faster, and a chargeback takes money out of a DJ's pocket and freezes it for months.
